Our leadership team – the CEO, General Manager, and Director of Client Relations – brings together over 8 years of combined experience in the hospitality and consulting industry. Through our time working closely within operations, we gained a deep understanding of how critical reliable teams are to the success of any organization and how impactful the right job opportunity can be in someone´s life.
Those experiences shaped the vision behind I-Work Staffing Group. We recognized the need for a staffing partner that not only supports businesses with dependable workforce solutions but also genuinely cares about the people behind the work. Our goal was to create a company that connects hardworking individuals with businesses that value dedication, reliability, and teamwork.
Leadership Team
Andres Farfan: Our CEO brings strong leadership and operational insight to I-WORK Staffing Group. With a background in hospitality and team management, he focuses on building strategic partnerships and guiding the company´s long-term vision to support both businesses and employees.
Esteban Medina: The General Manager oversees daily operations and ensures that our staffing solutions meet the needs of our clients. With experience in hospitality environments, he understands firsthand the importance of reliability, teamwork, and operational efficiency.
Lucy Figueiredo: Our Director of Client Relations leads client partnerships and business development for I-WORK Staffing Group. With experience in hospitality operations and leadership, she works closely with businesses to understand their staffing needs and provides dependable workforce solutions that support their success.
